1. General
These terms and conditions apply to purchases of products and services from VIREVA through vireva.no, payment links and separately agreed sales channels. VIREVA offers art prints, personalized printed products, promotional materials and graphic design. Mandatory consumer rights take precedence over conflicting terms.
2. Seller and contact

VIREVA remains the responsible seller even where third-party printers manufacture or dispatch products.
3. Products and services
VIREVA sells original art prints, wall art, posters featuring customers' own images or designs, advertising posters, flyers, business cards and other printed materials. Graphic design for events and businesses is also available, as are gift cards if activated. Product characteristics, sizes, materials and customizations are specified on product pages or in agreed quotes.
4. Prices
Prices are quoted in Norwegian kroner (NOK). For consumers, the total price, including applicable taxes and compulsory charges, is shown before purchase confirmation. Any shipping charges are disclosed before payment. Business quotes may have separate prices and will specify whether VAT is included. VAT is handled according to applicable legislation and the company's registration status.
5. Orders and contracts
Online customers receive an order confirmation. For individual design assignments, price, deliverables, anticipated delivery time and revisions are agreed before work begins. Customers must provide accurate contact and delivery details and report errors as quickly as possible.
6. Payment
Available payment methods appear at checkout. Custom design assignments are normally paid 100% in advance through an agreed payment link. Work usually begins after payment and the necessary materials have been received. Advance payment does not limit statutory withdrawal rights or other legal rights. Alternative arrangements for business assignments may be agreed in writing.
7. Graphic design – Event 3 and Event 5
VIREVA designs event posters, artist and DJ announcements, social media graphics and other campaign materials. VIREVA Event 3 costs NOK 1,490 and consists of one individual main concept delivered in three design versions in total in the same visual style. VIREVA Event 5 costs NOK 1,790 and consists of one main concept delivered in five versions in total. Both packages include two revision rounds in total for the entire package, digital files in agreed formats and agreed usage rights for the final designs. Printing and shipping are excluded unless separately agreed. Additional versions, formats and major redesigns are quoted separately subject to approval.
8. Revisions and adjustments
One revision round means one consolidated set of minor changes to text, images, colors or placement within the agreed design concept. Customers should combine changes in one message per round. The two rounds apply to the package as a whole, not to each design file. A new concept or out-of-scope work is charged separately by agreement. Corrections of errors for which VIREVA is responsible are not automatically limited by the number of revision rounds.
9. Delivery of design files
Design files are delivered digitally by email, download link or another agreed method. Deadlines are agreed individually. Delays in receiving customer images, information or feedback may affect the timetable. VIREVA will communicate material delays.
10. Customer-supplied material
Customers must have the necessary rights to use uploaded images, logos, artist photographs and other materials, and authorize VIREVA to use them as needed to complete the assignment. Customers should check names, dates, contact information and event details in proofs. VIREVA may refuse illegal or rights-infringing materials.
11. Copyright and usage rights
Unless otherwise agreed, VIREVA retains the copyright in its original design contributions. After payment, the customer receives the agreed rights to use the finished files for the event or marketing purpose. Transfer of copyright, editable source files and additional commercial uses must be agreed separately. Customers retain their rights to submitted images and logos. VIREVA will not publish unpublished customer material in its own marketing without the required permission.
12. Individual quotes and discounts
VIREVA may agree individual discounts and collaboration terms before payment. If a discount is exchanged for publication or promotion on social media, the marketing must comply with applicable advertising disclosure requirements. These arrangements are voluntary; the regular price applies unless otherwise agreed.
13. Production and delivery of physical products
Products may be manufactured and shipped directly by external printing partners. Production and delivery times depend on product, quantity, customization and delivery address, and are stated at checkout or agreed individually. VIREVA remains the responsible seller. Statutory rights apply in the event of delay. For consumers, risk generally transfers when the goods are received.
14. Personalized printed products
When uploading a design, customers must choose the correct file and check its details and resolution. VIREVA may contact customers about print-file problems. Minor variations between screen and print colors may occur, but this does not limit rights relating to defective goods. Size, paper type and other characteristics must match the agreement.
15. Withdrawal and returns for goods
Consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases of goods, beginning the day after receipt. To withdraw, send a clear notice to kontakt@vireva.no within the deadline. Return goods within 14 days after notifying VIREVA. Customers normally pay the direct return cost if informed before purchase. Refunds follow the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act; for goods, repayment may be withheld until the goods are received or evidence of return is provided. Return address: VIREVA / Built by Thorrason, Vilbergkroken 8, 2080 Sundet, Norway. Please include your order number. Exception for personalized goods: withdrawal rights generally do not apply to goods made to individual specifications or clearly personalized, such as a poster with the customer's own image or a uniquely commissioned design. Producing a standard product only after ordering does not itself remove withdrawal rights. Any exception is disclosed before purchase and does not remove statutory rights relating to defects.
16. Withdrawal for design services
Consumers may have a 14-day withdrawal right for services purchased at a distance, beginning the day after the agreement is concluded. If a consumer expressly asks that work begin during this period, lawful work performed may become subject to a proportionate charge upon withdrawal where legal conditions are satisfied. Withdrawal rights for fully performed services or digital content may lapse only where applicable requirements regarding advance information, consent and acknowledgements are met. VIREVA obtains any required consent. Consumer withdrawal rules do not apply to ordinary business purchases.
17. Cancellation of design assignments
For business customers, individually agreed cancellation terms and relevant law apply. Cancellation after work has begun may result in charges for completed work and relevant costs, where agreed and permitted. Consumer customers retain statutory rights, including any withdrawal rights. Advance payment does not automatically make all refunds unavailable.
18. Complaints and defects
If a product arrives damaged, incorrectly produced or defective, contact kontakt@vireva.no with your order number, description and preferably photographs. For consumer purchases of goods, the statutory complaint period is normally two years, or five years for goods intended to last substantially longer. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time; two months after discovering the defect is always sufficient. Valid complaints are handled under applicable rules concerning repair, replacement, price reduction or refund. Service complaints are assessed according to the agreement and applicable law.
19. Delay or non-delivery
In case of delayed or missing delivery, customers may exercise the remedies provided by applicable law, including delivery, cancellation or refund where relevant. Contact VIREVA for assistance.
20. Gift cards
If digital gift cards are offered, their value, validity and conditions will be stated at purchase. Gift cards are redeemable in the online store subject to the stated conditions and applicable consumer law.
21. Privacy
VIREVA processes the personal information necessary for orders, payments, manufacturing, delivery and customer service. Information is shared with relevant payment, production and shipping partners where necessary. See VIREVA's privacy policy at vireva.no for details.
22. Complaints and disputes
For complaints, contact kontakt@vireva.no so that we can first attempt to resolve the issue. Consumers may contact the Norwegian Consumer Authority (Forbrukertilsynet) for mediation and, if conditions are met, the Consumer Complaints Committee (Forbrukerklageutvalget). Business disputes are handled under the agreement and applicable law.
